Jordan Graham is a success coach who creates transformational change by helping clients develop emotional awareness and clarity in their life's priorities. With an MBA from the University of Denver, Jordan is a two-time Ironman triathlon finisher and father.
In the process of becoming an Ironman Jordan used the same tools with which he helps clients achieve their own previously impossible goals:
- Short and long term SMART goal setting
- Regular review, feedback and adjustment
- Continuous improvement
- Honest self-evaluation and emotional awareness
(An Ironman triathlon consists of a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike ride and a full marathon run; training for one can take an entire year with an average of 16 hours a week dedicated to training.)
Jordan has significant technology sector experience, having built a successful digital media startup, another which was not successful and over 15 years of software development experience. He understands the personal dynamics of leading teams distributed across geographic and cultural divides as well as the challenges of creating and improving companies.
He is known for his ability to combine technical expertise with true human connection. A colleague once summarized this point by saying that "Jordan writes the best RTFM client emails" - referring to his ability to bring technical clarity in a way that resonates with the client's human experience.
Jordan is recognized as a senior member of the Mankind Project of Colorado, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to teaching men how to connect their hearts with their minds. With thousands of hours of group leadership and other practice within the Project, Jordan has proven himself to be deeply intuitive, empathic and insightful with human nature and is a valued presence where emotional work needs to be done.
