Coaching produces rapid, measurable progress

Coaching combines an exploration of your own emotional landscape with a focus on continuous goal-setting and accountability. With your increased awareness and emotional intelligence you'll better connect with the people in your life - family, colleagues at work and friends. You'll develop as a leader and improve your personal connections - and you'll make steady progress toward your ever-changing goals.

Which kind of coaching is right for you?

One on one coaching

With one on one coaching you get the benefit of each session being focused entirely on you. We'll connect at regular intervals (monthly or every two weeks) by video conference, bringing sharp focus to:

  • Accountability - have you stayed on track with your goals? What have you chosen to make more important than keeping to your plan?
  • Emotional intelligence - how have you practiced healthy emotional experience? Where is your opportunity to improve?
  • Singular experience - what's the leading story of your experience in this chapter of your life, and how can you manage your focus to best serve yourself?
  • Goals and areas of improvement - what are your goals, and in what behaviors do you want to drive improvement before our next session?

In one on one coaching we'll be able to go deeper with you in each session. To get clear on the results you'll see, schedule an introductory call today:

Group coaching

Jordan facilitates group coaching sessions in which you'll join a defined, consistent group of people who share your determination to grow and realize your dreams. We'll meet weekly via video conference and focus on:

  • Celebrating success - create momentum through a practice of celebrating what's going well in your life, whether or not it's something on your list of goals
  • Emotional intelligence - continuously learn emotional tools and strategies to become more self aware and improve your human relationships
  • Strategies for success - weekly exposure to practices, books and resources that people have used to advance toward their goals
  • Goals and areas of improvement - what are your goals, and in what behaviors do you want to drive improvement before our next session?

New groups are formed regularly. To find the right group for you, schedule an introductory call:
